Coup de cœur  is a social  association under LAw "Nov/15/1958",

Created in 2003, Coup De Coeur(Blow of Heart) is an association of the African immigrants with nonlucrative goal. The latter must be declared….in spite of the difficulty of having a statute. Large international court is entitled to receive the gifts and the helps. We gather people of all opinions, conditions and origins which wish to make live solidarity. This association was created by African immigrates who were confronted with multiple problems and decide to create with an aim of fighting against this plague and intend to go further in the future, while assisting with the members from families from the immigrants who could not achieve their goals because they found death. We intend to go further because this situation touches our continent enormously.
