Constant Nyamsi on July 10, 2006 in Melilla the
receptionCamp in Spain
Print This
It was in the small hour of July 4, 2006 that we went to the barrier of Melilla. We were 48 of various origins (Cameroun, Mali, Nigeria, Senegal and others) having jointly the same goal, which was to find itself in Melilla. Unfortunately for us, when we are glossy to strike (to climb the netting of 6meter height, covered with barbed wire), we were vis-a-vis a ambush which was the intervention of the Moroccan Soldiers (Guard border: ALIS). In this exact moment when we were determined to reach Melilla, some were on the barrier, others on the scales and the last with the foot of the barrier; thus we attended the rifle shots coming from the “ALIS”, we were also pilot of the fall of many people touched by the balls of rifles of the “ALIS”. Thus we lost 4 (four) people and of many seriously injureds. This sad memory which is the loss in human life on this barrier of Melilla will remain engraved in my memory.
